Requesting an exchange or return
Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order, quoting the order number and reason. We will confirm the steps before you send any piece back.
Item condition
- The item must be unused and in its original condition.
- Tags, packaging, and included accessories must remain as received.
- The item must not have been scratched, broken, or altered after delivery.
Important exceptions
For hygiene reasons, pierced earrings cannot be returned once their seal has been opened. Customized or made-to-order pieces are also excluded unless defective or different from the order.
Defective or incorrect item
If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours with clear photos of the item and packaging. Once verified, we will arrange the exchange or return and cover the cost when the error is ours.
Refunds
Refunds are processed after the item is received and inspected, through the original payment method or another agreed method. Delivery fees are not refunded for a change of mind unless we confirm otherwise.
